Hello travelers! Julian here. Welcome to the News & Updates section, our answer to the fatigue of keeping up with social media in its many lurching, confusing, draining forms. We want to give you the essentials, or answers to key production questions while we get Season 3 together.
Question 1 on your minds is likely: BUT WHEN? That’s fair. As mentioned in an update we recorded for this weekend – Saturday, Feb 17, 2024 – we feel confident in a 2024 release. We have half of the season written, and discussions have begun over who to cast. To be honest, there may be one or two recast parts, but if we do our jobs right, you won’t even notice who they are. Life moves on, and some folks just aren’t available how we’d like. Ian just started a new job, it’s tough out there all around.
That’s no problem though – we’re here to make ear cartoons.
Hey, on a side note, we hope everyone reading this is doing all right, or enjoying something if things are rough. ST!! might not be the fastest to update, but there’s always something zowy coming out. Patrons can always drop by the show Discord and tell us what’s up, but if you just want to do that via email, you can! Tell us about a book or anime that we shouldn’t deprive ourselves of, or shower thoughts about ST!! because Zai knows we’ve had a few ourselves.
Stay tuned to this channel for more updates, in what feels like a very Old Internet move! I say that with pride, because some things just work. We live in the age of the PS1 de-make, after all.
